CAMEL’S BACK PARK, BOISE
The world’s first (and only) race that celebrates weirdness over speed. Run it, walk it, bike it, unicycle it, mountain-board it. Just finish however you want.

Other races worship speed. We worship rad. There’s no prize for fastest, just big prizes for the weirdest and love for everyone who finishes. Two courses, themed aid stations that make zero sense, a costume contest, bands and artists along the route, and an afterparty. All of it free.
Every finisher gets one, crafted by hand from local clay.
For everyone who signs up before the deadline. Groovy tie-dye style.
Full professional portrait gallery of you in your glorious costume.

Bubbles, foam swords, finger traps, slinkies, and custom fuel.
5th place and LAST place win big. Fastest wins absolutely nothing.
We’re Sammy & Joel, a couple of lifelong weirdos who looked around and realized Boise’s freaks, fanatics and fantastical people didn’t have a home. Races were all pace charts and timing chips. So we made one where the costume matters more than the clock.
In 2025 we threw the very first Rad Rando Run. It poured rain, and you showed up anyway: soggy capes, dripping tutus, alien disco and all. This is our home for the beautifully strange, and you’re invited.

You can wear a pink tutu and sing Tiny Tim, vogue to an old Divine song, juggle on a unicycle, do a back flip on a mountain bike, grab some snacks with the kiddos, or bring your dog for moral support; just DON’T. BE. BLAND.

Sad Blando (n.): a person who shows up in plain running clothes, checks their pace, and says “I’m not really a costume person.”
🚨 SYMPTOMS INCLUDE:
• Matching gray athletic set
• Checking GPS watch every 30 seconds
• Staying home on a Friday night

Put on a costume. Any costume. A cape counts. A tutu counts. A cardboard box with giant googly eyes counts. Just don’t show up boring!
